IPad Reset

Reset your iPad and Re-Enroll

1. Open Settings on your iPad
2. Choose General on the left-hand side of settings
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the right-hand side and choose Transfer or Reset iPad
4. Select Erase All Content and Settings - Continue - Erase iPad
5. Once the iPad finishes resetting, you can set it up again
6. Choose your language and country then connect to your home wifi
7. After the iPad activates, it will tell you that Alexandria will manage your device
8. You must now log in with your username and password (username is first 4 letters of your first name + your entire last name - password is capital first inital+lowercase last initial+your student (lunch) number) Example: Benjamin Button with a lunch number of 123456789 would be benjbutton with the password Bb123456789. If you have a letter in your lunch number, include it capitalized.
9. After you go through a couple more screens, you will be all set! I recommend enabling Location Services when it asks as this helps keep the iPad time accurate. Any app that needs location access will still have to request your permission.
