Alexandria Monroe Elementary School will be holding our PreK and Kindergarten Round-Up Thursday, March 14th, at 5:30pm to 7:30pm at 308 West 11th Street. Please enter by the main entrance-door 1. This is a time to sign up your child for prek and kindergarten for the fall. All parents and guardians of children eligible for fall prek or kindergarten are encouraged to attend. For PreK, children must be 4 years old by August 1st, 2024 and potty trained. For Kindergarten, children must be 5 years old by August 1st, 2024 to enroll for next school year.

3rd Grade Families, In March, our 3rd grade students get to show what they have learned on a state test called, IREAD3. This test focuses on phonic skills, vocabulary development, and comprehension.
